Our Replacements and Returns Policy is designed to provide a fair and efficient process for handling returns and replacements, in line with the guidelines set by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) here. Ultimately, it is our utmost priority to resolve your issue.

We can provide two resolutions to any case, either a replacement or refund. 

If your order has not been dispatched or fulfilled yet, we are more than happy to change any specifications (product, variation, postal address, etc) without any charge. 

Replacement Policy

Eligibility for Replacements

  • If you receive a product that is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a replacement.
  • The request for a replacement should be made within a reasonable timeframe after the product has been received, so we can ensure the fault was on our behalf.
  • Please note that a delayed delivery is not a valid reason to utilise this policy. In fact, a delayed delivery is entirely out of our control. 

Process for Requesting a Replacement

  • Contact our customer service team via replying to an email, our live chat, or the contact page to initiate the return process and we will happily assist you. We may require a detailed description of the issue, including photographic or video evidence if applicable.
  • Our team will assess your request and guide you through the replacement process.

Conditions

  • Replacements are subject to the availability of the product. If the product is no longer available, an alternative solution or a full refund will be offered.
  • The faulty product may need to be returned to us. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs. However, there is also a possibility that you may keep the faulty product. 

Returns Policy

  • Products that are faulty, not fit for purpose, or do not match the description provided are eligible for return under the ACCC guidelines.

Process for Returning a Product

  • Contact our customer service team via replying to an email, our live chat, or the contact page to initiate the return process and we will happily assist you. We may require a detailed description of the issue, including photographic or video evidence if applicable.
  • You will be provided with instructions on how to return the product, including the return address and any necessary documentation.

Conditions

  • The product must be returned in its original condition, with all packaging, accessories, and documentation. If this is not possible, we might be able to arrange for exceptions. 
  • The customer will not be responsible for the return shipping costs if the product is confirmed to be faulty or not as described.

Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase - PayPal, Cards, or AfterPay.
  • Please allow 1-2 weeks for the refund to appear in your account if it is on a card.
